You can cancel your digital content purchase from Online Solutions within 14 days from the date of transaction, provided that you have not started downloading it.

Digital content that you have started downloading and consumables that have been delivered, are not eligible for a refund unless the content is faulty.

If you have ordered a Motivational Interviewing or other Professional Development course, your log in details will be sent to you within 48 hours of receipt of payment.

If you have ordered an Interpersonal Skills course, you will be notified by email that your download is available after payment is confirmed. Your course will be available via a zipped folder which must be unzipped to access the course. You will need to keep the 'Data' folder and Course.html file together in the same folder. Once you click on the 'Course' file the course will open in your default browser. We do not currently recommend using Microsoft Edge as some functionality may be lost.

Purchasing from Online Solutions is easy and totally secure. We accept all major credit cards or you can use Paypal. We also make it simple for organisations who wish to make payment against pro-forma invoices and via electronic funds transfer. In this instance you simply choose the Purchase Order option in our payments section and fill in the details.

Your certificate will be automatically generated once you complete the entire course. Please note that you will need a Mac or PC in order to download and print off your certificate.

Yes, if you have purchased a Motivational Interviewing or other Professional Development course you will be given the opportunity to resume where you left off, the next time you log back in. If you have purchased one of our Interpersonal Skills courses, you can navigate backwards and forwards through the course as often as you like.

Because we use a Learning Path approach in relation to our Professional Development courses, you must complete each module fully in sequence before moving on in the course. This does not apply to our Interpersonal Skills courses.

For our Professional Development courses the requirement is that you achieve a minimum pass rate of 80% in the quizzes in order for your certificate to automatically generate.

No, the multiple choice scenarios are there to help you embed the learning in the course and are not graded or included as quizzes.

You will be supplied with a student course manual containing all the slides and other course content for each of the courses you purchase. We encourage you to download your manual and to refer to it as you make your way through the course.

Yes, but bear in mind that depending on what platform you are using to view the courses, you may have to use a Mac or PC to download and print off the PDF documents.

No, but it is strongly recommended. We supply you with additional course support material by way of course handouts etc. for each course. We are sure that you will find this supplemental material useful to further support the development of your knowledge and skills as you make your way through the course.

If you have purchased an Interpersonal Skills course, then you can use it and revisit it as many times as you like. If you have purchased a Motivational Interviewing or other Professional Development course, then you have three months from the date of the purchase transaction to complete your course.

No, copying or attempting to copy the course videos is an infringement of our copyright and we will take legal action against those who contravene our copyrights.

You can use the course material for your own use but any attempt to copy the material for use in the delivery of any other training, or to pass on to any other individual or group, is a breach of our copyright policies and legal action will be taken in such instances.

In the case of purchasing an Interpersonal Skills course or courses, you are entitled to one download for each course.
